摘　　要：新型职业农民的培育关系到农村人力资源的开发,也关系到“四化同步”和乡村振兴战略目标的如期实现,意义重大。新型职业农民培育的关键目的、核心任务是提升其职业能力,而首要前提则是明晰职业能力的基本构成。采用工作任务分析法探究新型职业农民的工作领域、工作任务以及具体的职业能力要素,从知识、技能、才能等方面构建职业能力框架。研究表明:新型职业农民具有农场生产管理、农业互联网创业营销、涉农财务管理、关系组织与协调等8大工作领域,承担23项工作任务以及56条具体职业能力要素。研究为决策层、执行层科学开展新型职业农民培育工程提供理论依据与实践参考,具有重要政策参考意义。The cultivation of new vocational peasants is not only related to the development of rural human resources,but also related to the“synchronization of four modernizations”and the timely realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization,which is of great significance.The key purpose and core task of cultivating new vocational peasants is to improve their professional ability,and the primary premise is to clarify the basic composition of professional ability.The work task analysis method is used to explore the work field,work task and specific professional ability factors of new vocational peasants,and to construct the framework of professional ability from the aspects of knowledge,skills and talents.The research shows that the new vocational peasants have eight working areas,such as farm production management,agricultural internet entrepreneurship marketing,agricultural financial management,relationship organization and coordination.In addition,the new vocational peasants undertake 23 tasks and 56 specific professional ability elements.This research provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the decision-making level and executive level to carry out the new vocational peasants cultivation project,which has important policy reference significance.
