摘　　要：转甲状腺素蛋白(ATTR)淀粉样变性是一种成人发病的罕见性全身性疾病,主要以错误折叠的原纤维在体内积聚为特征,可累及周围神经、心脏以及胃肠道。胃肠道表现在遗传性(ATTRv)淀粉样变性中很常见,本文主要针对转甲状腺素淀粉样变性胃肠道表现的诊断和管理提供指导建议。Transthyretin amyloid(ATTR)amyloidosis is an adult-onset,rare systemic disorder characterized by the accumulation of misfolded fibrils predomin-antly in peripheral nerves,the heart and the gastrointestinal tract.Gastrointestinal manifestations are common in hereditary(ATTRv)amyloidosis.This review mainly provided recommendations for the diagnosis and management of transthyretin amyloidosis with gastrointestinal manifestations.
