摘  要:边疆民族地区教育发展相对滞后,师资水平与教育发达地区相比还存在较大差距,如何根据地区实际情况对接国家教师资格准入标准,制定科学合理的教师资格准入制度,成为新时代民族地区基础教育领域加强师资队伍建设的重要工作。本研究基于调查分析,揭示了内蒙古自治区教师资格准入制度中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应对策建议,希望为边疆民族地区教师资格准入制度的发展完善提供有益参考,同时也期望能够选拔出更多优秀人才加入教师队伍中来,为边疆民族地区的教育事业发展做出应有的贡献。The development of education in frontier ethnic areas is relatively lagging,and there is still a big gap in the level of teachers compared with developed regions.How to connect the national teacher qualification admission standards according to the actual situation of the region,formulate a scientific and reasonable teacher qualification admission system,and become a new era of ethnic minority areas.The important work of strengthen⁃ing the construction of the teaching staff in the field of basic education.Based on investigation and analysis,this research reveals the main problems existing in the teacher qualification admission system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that it will pro⁃vide a useful reference for the development and improvement of the teacher qualification admission system in bor⁃der ethnic areas,and it is also expected to be selected more outstanding talents will be recruited to join the teaching staff and make due contributions to the development of education in the frontier ethnic regions.
