摘　　要：科研人员要从单一科研管理者向研究者的职能定位转变,合力攻坚、探索区域教育科研运作模式,充分发挥教育科研为教育决策服务、为教育实践服务的作用。Scientific researchers should change their function from a single scientific research manager to a researcher,make joint efforts to tackle difficulties,explore the operation mode of regional education and scientific research,and give full play to the role of educational research in serving educational decision-making and educational practice.
