摘　　要：以硕士研究生课程《分子生物学与基因工程》为研究对象,实施PBL+CBL双轨教学模式的构建和应用。通过设置四个难易程度不同的问题和案例,在课堂教学中引入PBL+CBL双轨教学模式。学生可以根据自身条件,从难易不同程度的学习模块中获得知识和能力的提高,使研究生因材施教成为可能。项目的成功实施,对解决研究生教育的差异化问题,具有重要意义。项目实施成果可在其他研究生课程中推广应用。Taking the postgraduate course"molecular biology and genetic engineering"as the research object,the construction and application of PBL and CBL double track teaching mode are implemented.Through the introduction of PBL and CBL double track teaching mode,four problems and cases with different degrees of diff iculty and ease are set up to enable students to improve their knowledge and ability.The learning modules are with different degrees of diff iculty according to their own conditions,which makes it possible to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.The successful implementation of the project is of great signif icance to solve the problem of differentiation in graduate education.And the project results can be applied in other graduate courses.
