合作创新如何影响企业的战略创业能力?

摘　　要：战略创业是企业获取竞争优势,实现可持续发展的重要途径,但战略创业能力的形成机制仍未得到充分探讨。基于组织学习和吸收能力理论,从合作创新视角构建了企业战略创业能力模型。以长三角223家企业为样本进行实证,结果显示:合作创新对战略创业能力具有显著的正向促进作用,二者通过组织学习紧密关联;机会主义行为和吸收能力是战略创业能力成长的重要权变因素,它们调节合作创新与组织学习之间关系,并通过组织学习分别负向和正向调节合作创新对战略创业能力的影响。研究结论对企业建立战略创业能力,从而捕获机会和获取市场竞争优势具有指导意义。Strategic entrepreneurship is an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development, but the formation mechanism of strategic entrepreneurship ability has not been fully discussed. Based on the theory of organizational learning and absorptive capacity, the model of enterprise strategic entrepreneurial capacity is constructed from the perspective of cooperative innovation. Taking 223 enterprises in the Yangtze river delta as samples, the empirical results show that cooperative innovation plays a significant positive role in promoting strategic entrepreneurship, and the two are closely related through organizational learning. Opportunistic behavior and absorptive ability are important contingency factors for the growth of strategic entrepreneurial ability, which interfere with the relationship between cooperative innovation and organizational learning, and adjust the influence of cooperative innovation on strategic entrepreneurial ability negatively and positively through organizational learning. The research conclusions are of guiding significance for enterprises to establish strategic entrepreneurship ability, so as to capture opportunities and gain market competitive advantages.
