摘　　要：以某款纯电动汽车三点悬置系统为例,文章尝试从改变系统布置、CAE分析、道路试验一系列过程整改三点悬置系统典型质量问题。当后悬置在某些特殊工况下受力较大时,会引起后悬置零件断裂或者紧固件松脱等质量问题。By an example of three points mount system of an electric vehicle,this paper attempts to solve typical issues of three points mount system by a process of changing system layout,computer aided engineering of analysis,and road test validation.when more loading forces on rear mount at some special cases,this can lead to part fracture or fastener loose of quality issues.
