摘  要:目的探讨集体医患沟通模式在儿科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取滨州医学院临床本科专业在滨州医学院附属医院实习的2个平行班,分为实验组和对照组,对照组按照儿科实习大纲要求常规带教,实验组在常规带教基础上,每周安排2次由实习医师对患儿家长的集体医患沟通。实习医师出科前进行问卷调查及考核。结果家长对实习医师满意度,实验组96.7%明显高于对照组79.0%(P <0.05);家长对科室满意度,实验组95.1%明显高于对照组80.6%(P <0.05);带教教师对实习医师满意度,实验组95.1%明显高于对照组77.4%(P <0.05);实习医师对带教教师满意度,实验组100%明显高于对照组85.5%(P <0.05);实习医师对科室满意度,实验组96.7%明显高于对照组75.8%(P <0.05);出科考试成绩,实验组(85.3±4.8)分明显高于对照组(73.6±9.3)分(P <0.05)。结论集体医患沟通能培养和锻炼实习医师的综合能力,集体医患沟通模式在儿科医师培养中有重要价值,值得在临床教学中应用。Objective To evaluate the application of group doctor-patient communication mode in clinical teaching of paediatrics.Methods Two parallel classes of undergraduates of clinical major from Binzhou Medical University practicing internship in our hospital were selected,which were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was taught according to the pediatric internship program;in the experimental group,on the basis of regular instruction in accordance with the pediatric internship program,group doctor-patient communication was arranged twice a week.Before the interns leave the department,questionnaires and examines were carried out.Results In terms of parents'satisfaction with interns,experimental group scored 96.7%,significantly higher than the control group 79.0%(P<0.05);in terms of parents'satisfaction with the department,experimental group was 95.1%,significantly higher than control group 80.6%(P<0.05),in terms of teachers'satisfaction with interns,95.1%in experimental group was significantly higher than 77.4%in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of interns'satisfaction with teachers,experimental group scored 100%,significantly higher than the control group 85.5%(P<0.05);in terms of the interns'satisfaction with the department,experimental group was 96.7%,significantly higher than the control group 75.8%(P<0.05);in terms of examination results,experimental group was(85.3±4.8),significantly higher than the control group(73.6±9.3)(P<0.05).Conclusion Group doctor-patient communication can cultivate and exercise the comprehensive ability of interns,and the group doctorpatient communication mode is of great value in the training of pediatricians,and it is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
