摘　　要：目的培养新时代背景下临床技能与科研能力兼顾的复合型人才,促进我国医疗卫生事业稳步前进。方法分析我国医学生的学习现况,阐述培养复合型人才的必要性,从四个方面探讨培养临床与科研两手都硬的医学人才的有效途径。结果我国高等医学院校应在注重临床专业型研究生临床能力培养的同时,加强其科研思维、科研方法、科研能力的培养。结论培养新时代下临床与科研两手都硬的医学人才对医学事业的发展具有重要意义。Objective To cultivate compound talents with both clinical skills and scientific research capabilities under the background of the new era,and promote the steady progress of medical and health undertakings in China.Methods Analyzed the current learning situation of medical students in our country and expounded the necessity of cultivating compound talents.The paper also suggested Chinese medical colleges and universities cultivate medical talents with both clinical and scientific skills in four effective ways.Results Chinese medical colleges and universities should not only focus on the cultivation of clinical competence of clinical professional postgraduates,but also strengthen the cultivation of their scientific research thinking,scientific research methods,and scientific research capabilities.Conclusion Cultivating medical talents with both clinical and scientific skills in the new era is of great significance to the development of medical undertakings.
