摘　　要：欧阳修与梅尧臣作为北宋诗文革新的代表人物与中坚力量,不仅在诗文领域取得了令世人瞩目的成就,在辞赋创作中二人也独擅一时,成为北宋赋风变革的关键。然欧、梅各自的辞赋作品也独具面貌,相互之间又有着某种同而不同的风格关联,尤其是以散笔入赋的创作手法,开创文赋之规模,为宋赋发展导夫先路,成为诗文革新的重要组成部分。Ouyang xiu and Mei Y aochen are the representative figure of the Innovation of Poetry and Prose in Northern Song Dynasty.They not only get the astonished accomplishments in the field of poetry and prose,but also become the key of innovation of Fu style.But both of their Fu creations have unique appearance,which on the base of same or not.style associations.Especially the creation skills with prosification into Fu,which guides the development of Song Fu,becomes the important part in the Innovation of Poetry and Prose.
