摘　　要：质量是学校的生存之本,建立学校内部质量保证体系,是保障人才培养质量的重要抓手。当前,各高职院校都在积极探索内部质量保证体系建设,但组织体系不够健全、体系建设目标标准不明确、信息化建设滞后、质量文化培育不够和内生动力不足等问题仍然突出。健全组织,形成组织体系;构建切合学校发展的目标链与标准链;培育质量文化,催生内生动力;消除信息孤岛,深化数据应用,成为当前内部质量保证体系建设的主要任务。Quality is the foundation of the existence of the school,the establishment of Quality Assurance System within the school is an important measure to ensure the quality of personnel training.At present,all higher vocational colleges are actively exploring the construction of internal quality assurance system,but the organizational system is not perfect,the objective and standard of system construction are not clear,the information construction is lagging behind,and the cultivation of quality culture is not enough,problems such as lack of endogenous motivation remain prominent.It is the main task of constructing the internal quality assurance system to perfect the organization and form the organization system,to construct the target chain and the standard chain that accord with the development of the school,to cultivate the quality culture and promote the endogenous power,to eliminate the isolated information island and to deepen the application of the data.
