摘　　要：目的分析中医院中构建临床教师胜任力综合评价指标体系对青年教师能力和素养的影响。方法本院于2019年5月对新任职的80名青年教师实施临床教师胜任力综合评价指标体系构建,其中,2018年11月—2019年4月为实施前,设为对照组;2019年5—10月为实施后,设为观察组,对比两组青年教师的胜任力水平和带教能力。结果观察组青年教师胜任力水平和带教能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医院中构建临床教师胜任力综合评价指标体系对青年教师能力有显著效果,可明显提高其带教能力和胜任力水平。Objective To analyze the influence of the comprehensive evaluation index system of clinical teachers’competence on the ability and accomplishment of young teachers in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods The comprehensive evaluation index system of clinical teacher competence was constructed for 80 newly appointed young teachers in May 2019.Before the implementation,the period from November 2018 to April 2019 was set as the control group.After the implementation from May 2019 to October 2019,the two groups were set as the observation group to compare the competency level and teaching ability of the two groups of young teachers.Results The competence and teaching ability of young teachers in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of clinical teachers’competence in traditional Chinese medicine hospital has a significant effect on young teachers’ability and can significantly improve their teaching ability and competence level.
