摘 要:采用聚酰胺层析柱分离,使用不同体积分数乙醇洗脱蓝莓渣多酚得到6个流分,采用HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS试验方法对各流分进行了定量分析.结合液质联用得到的质谱数据和相关文献报道,得出蓝莓果渣含有16种多酚.流分I至流分III主要是飞燕草色素-3-半乳糖苷、飞燕草色素-3-葡萄糖苷、飞燕草色素-3-阿拉伯糖苷、矢车菊色素-3-半乳糖苷、牵牛花色素-3-半乳糖苷、牵牛花色素-3-葡萄糖苷、牵牛花色素-3-阿拉伯糖苷、锦葵色素-3-半乳糖苷,锦葵色素-3-葡萄糖苷.流分IV至流分VI主要是原花青素类和黄酮类,分别为B型原花青素二聚体,A型原花青素二聚体,芦丁,槲皮素-葡萄糖醛酸,槲皮素.此外,蓝莓果渣还含有两种未知的多酚.The polyphenols from blueberry residue were separated by polyamide resin and 6 flow components were eluted by ethanol with different volume fractions.The components were analyzed by HPLC-DAD-ESIMS.Mass spectrometry data and related literature reports showed that the main components of polyphenols from blueberry residue were 16 kinds of polyphenols.Flow components from I to III were mainly delphindin-3-galactoside,delphindin-3-glucoside,delphindin-3-arabinoside,cyanidin-3-galactioside,petunidin-3-galactoside,petunidin-3-glucoside,petunidin-3-arabinoside,malvidin-3-galactoside,malvidin-3-glucoside.Flow components from IV to VI were mainly B-type procyanidin dimers,A-type procyanidin dimers,rutin,quercetin-glucuronyl,quercetin.In addition,the two kinds of polyphenols in blueberry residue were still unknown.
