摘 要:冷金属过渡焊技术(CMT)是目前汽车生产车身熔化焊的主要技术,在汽车生产自动化率不断提升的前提下,如何控制车身尺寸偏差及在焊接热变形的条件下,保障CMT焊接品质可靠性是目前汽车生产的一个难点。本文概述了CMT焊接焊缝视觉跟踪系统的组成、原理及应用状况,介绍了汽车生产制造过程中,导入CMT焊缝跟踪系统,对常见的镀锌板多曲面搭接焊、镀锌板单曲面与平面搭接焊及镀锌板平面搭接焊焊缝进行寻位识别,在汽车生产制造过程中因尺寸叠加造成的搭接尺寸偏差条件下,对其进行在线视觉检测和位置补偿,减少车身制造过程中焊偏焊穿及焊接咬边等问题,大幅提升CMT焊接质量可靠性及生产效率。Cold metal transfer(CMT)is widely used in automobile,as the automotive rate getting higher and higher,it is hard to ensure the stability of CMT welding quality under the situation of body thermal deformation and geometry deviation. The basic principle,concept,typical composition and application of the CMT welding visual tracking system are briefly introduced. Though importing the visual tracking system in automotive to recognize overlap welding seam between both multi curved surface,single curve surface with plane welding and both plane welding,then making the welding adjustment according to the position compensation from the system to reduce the welding defects such as welding deviation,welding though and welding undercuts. Finally,we point out the future directions of welding visual tracking system in automotive.
