新时代下高职院校构建1+X证书制度人才培养模式的探索与研究——以智能新能源汽车专业为例

摘　　要：1+X证书制度在试点院校的实行给高职院校在新形势下注入新的发展活力,也是职业教育在新时代下的重大创新。将学历证书与若干职业技能等级证书有机衔接起来,达到提升职业教育质量的发展要求。以智能新能源汽车专业为例,探索构建1+X证书制度人才模式培养,培养爱国、爱岗、德智体美劳全面发展、掌握最新前沿新能源汽车技术、具有工匠精神的高端复合型、创新型、多元化技术技能人才。The implementation of the 1+X certificate system in the pilot colleges has injected new development vitality into higher vocational colleges under the new situation,and is also a major innovation in vocational education in the new era.Organically connect academic certificates with certain vocational skill level certificates to meet the development requirements for improving the quality of vocational education.This article takes the intelligent new energy vehicle as an example,explores the establishment of a 1+X certificate system,and cultivates a talent model to cultivate patriotic,love,moral,physical,and mental development,innovative and diversified technical skills.
