摘 要:为缓解道路网车辆的通行压力,提高车辆通行的平顺性,提出了道路网通行能力匹配度概念并给出计算方法,实现在道路规划、道路设计和交通管理阶段对城市道路网通行能力的诊断优化.将交叉口通行能力匹配度分为3级,分别为交叉口的匹配度、交叉口各入口方向的匹配度及交叉口各入口方向中左转、直行、右转的匹配度,并给出道路网交叉口通行能力匹配度评价标准.通过对金华市飘萍路—胜利街交叉口的通行能力匹配度诊断分析与优化设计,使其通行能力匹配度大大改善,为交通管理部门预防大流量情况下交通拥堵提供技术方案.In order to alleviate the traffic pressure of road network and improve the smoothness of vehicles,the concept of matching degree of road network capacity was proposed,an approach to calculate the matching degree was provided,which realized the diagnosis and optimization of urban road network capacity in the stages of road planning,road design and traffic management.The capacity matching degree of intersection was divided into three grades,matching degree of intersection,matching degree of each entrance of intersection and matching degree of left turn,straight and right turn at each entrance of intersection,and the matching evaluation standard of intersection capacity was given.Through the diagnosis analysis and optimization design of the capacity matching degree at the intersection of Piaoping Road and Shengli Street in Jinhua City,the matching degree of its capacity was greatly improved,also a technical solution was provided for the traffic management department to prevent traffic congestion under heavy traffic conditions.
