摘　　要：新时期背景下,随着高职院校教育教学改革工作的不断完善,对于高职院校人才培养工作提出新要求。明确指出在高职院校人才培养过程中,不能只注重对于人才专业能力和职业技能方面的培养,还要加强对学生的劳动教育,积极结合社会对于劳动教育的使命和要求,增强学生对劳动教育的正确认知和理解。同时,在高职院校劳动教育中,其核心要义就是劳动平等,只有培养学生正确的劳动观和价值观,才能有效推动高职院校劳动教育工作的全面发展。基于此,本文结合新时代高职院校劳动教育形式,提出新时代高职院校劳动教育价值,探索新时代高职院校劳动教育策略,以期促进高职院校劳动教育体系的有效构建和发展。Under the background of the new era,with the continuous improvement of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,new requirements have been put forward for talent training in higher vocational colleges.It is clearly pointed out that in the process of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,we should not only focus on the training of talents’professional abilities and vocational skills,but also strengthen labor education for students,and actively integrate the society’s colleges be effectively promoted.Based on this,this article combines the form of labor education in vocational colleges in the new era,proposes the value of labor education in vocational colleges in the new era,and explores labor education strategies in vocational colleges in the new era,in order to promote the effective construction and development of labor education systems in vocational colleges.
