智能时代工业文化视域下的人才基本职业素养培育探究

摘　　要：人工智能在全球蔚然兴起并逐步引领新一轮科技革命。高职院校作为职业化人才培育基地必然受到影响。通过探析智能时代工业的发展,得出工业文化具有系统性、地域性和普适性的文化特征。智能时代工业文化通过人才评价标准、企业管理制度、社会精神变革三方面对职业素养产生影响。在智能时代工业文化的影响下,基本职业素养需要在内涵构成、培育方式、课程模式以及评价方式等四方面做出变革,为人才培养适应智能时代工业发展做好准备。Artificial intelligence( AI) is emerging and becoming common across the world and gradually leading a new round of sci-tech revolution.It inevitably influences higher vocational colleges as the education bases of professional talents.By analyzing the development of industry in the AI era,it is found that the industrial culture is characterized by systematicness,nativity and universality. The industrial culture in AI era influences professional competence mainly through three aspects—evaluation standard of talents,corporate management system and social ethical change.Influenced by the industrial culture in the AI era,the basic professional competence needs to be changed in such four aspects as connotation and structure,teaching methods,education model and evaluation,adapting the talent cultivation to the industry development in the AI era.
