摘 要:利用纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶和果胶酶及复配滤水酶对以废旧瓦楞纸为主的二次纤维进行处理,测定在造纸工艺条件下不同酶及酶用量对废纸浆(OCC)的处理效果。重点考察了复合酶对二次纤维滤水性能和单酶对抄造纸张的物理性能、纤维质量的影响。复合滤水酶在pH 6.0、温度55℃,处理时间40 min时酶用量为300 mL/t浆对废纸浆的处理效果最好。研究结果表明,纤维素酶、半纤维素酶和果胶酶及复合酶能改善二次纤维的滤水性能。同时,纤维素酶改善滤水性能略优于木聚糖酶。木聚糖酶能增加纤维的卷曲指数和降低扭结指数,使纤维结合能力提升。Cellulase,xylanase,mannanase,pectinase and compound water filter enzyme are used to process the secondary fiber mainly waste corrugated paper.The effect of different enzymes and enzyme dosages is determined on waste paper pulp(OCC)treatment under the conditions of papermaking process.The focus is on the effects of compound enzymes on the filtration performance of secondary fibers and single enzymes on the physical properties of papermaking paper and fiber quality.The composite filter enzyme has the best treatment effect on waste paper pulp when the enzyme dosage is 300 mL/t pulp at pH 6.0,temperature 55℃and treatment time 40 min.Research results show that cellulase,hemicellulase,pectinase and composite enzymes can improve the water filtration performance of secondary fibers.At the same time,cellulase improves water filtration performance slightly better than xylanase.Xylanase can increase the crimp index of the fiber and reduce the kink index,so that the fiber binding ability is improved.
