摘 要:减振扣件是市域铁路轨道系统的重要组成部件,以温州市域铁路S1线为依托,对市域铁路减振扣件开展设计研究。针对市域铁路的中等减振需求,从扣件结构的安装接口、运营条件、减振效果、防腐能力等方面进行设计研究,提出一种镶嵌式双层减振结构的减振扣件设计方案。该扣件无锁扣,安装简便易于维修;中间弹性垫板无预紧,可以充分发挥其减振性能。基于减振扣件设计的方案,建立有限元模型,对橡胶垫板及扣件节点刚度取值进行计算分析,确定扣件节点刚度为18 kN/mm;建立车辆轨道耦合动力学模型,验证了该减振扣件满足车辆运行安全性的要求。通过室内静压试验和300万次疲劳试验,确定该减振扣件的结构强度、材料性能、疲劳性能满足设计和使用要求。通过现场测试发现,列车通过该减振扣件地段时,钢轨垂、横向位移均满足设计要求。通过现场减振效果测试和室内减振效果试验,减振效果达到4.8 dB,满足中等减振需求,从而确定该减振扣件适用于市域铁路中等减振轨道。Vibration absorbing fastener is an important component of city railway track system.Based on the Wenzhou City Railway S1 Line,this paper researches on the city railway vibration absorbing fastener.Aiming at the medium-level vibration absorbing requirements of city railway,the design and research of fastener structure installation interface,operating conditions,vibration absorbing effect,anti-corrosion capacity,etc.are carried out,and a design of vibration absorbing fastener with mosaic double-layer vibration absorbing structure is proposed.The fastener with no lock is easy to install and maintain,the middle elastic pad has no preload and gives full play to its absorbing performance.Based on the design of vibration absorbing fastener,a finite element model is established,and the rigidity values of the rubber pad and fastener nodes are analyzed,and the fastener node rigidity is determined to be 18 kN/mm.The vehicle track coupling dynamic model is established,and the vibration absorbing fastener is verified compliant with the requirements of vehicle operation safety.Through indoor static pressure test and 3 million fatigue tests,it is determined that the structural strength,material performance and fatigue performance of the vibration absorbing fastener meet the requirements of design and application.Through on-site testing,it is found that the vertical and horizontal displacements of the rails meet the design requirements when the train passes through the damping fastener section.The on-site vibration absorbing effect test and indoor vibration absorbing effect test show that the vibration damping effect reaches 4.8 dB,which satisfies the needs of medium vibration absorbing,thus confirming that the vibration absorbing fastener is suitable for the medium-level vibration absorbing of the city railway.
