摘 要:在国家力推人才培养模式改革和校企合作、工作室入校的背景下,“工作室制”人才培养模式在高职院校理工类专业和艺术设计类专业人才培养中运用较广且取得了显著成效,但在文科类专业运用较少。通过分层学习和情景教学理论,分析“分层多维、校企协同:职业院校文科类工作室人才培养模式”,发现该模式在专业课程体系建设、双师型教师队伍培养、校企合作等方面取得了协同发展的效果,尤其是在文科人才培养方面创新了培养模式,增强了人才的实践能力,显著提高了人才培养质量;同时,还在运行机制、实施方案等方面取得了实践经验。In the context of the country’s efforts to promote the reform of talent training models,the college-enterprise cooperation,and the introduction of studios into colleges,the"studio system"talent training model has been widely used in the training of science and engineering and art design professionals in vocational colleges,and achieved remarkable outcomes.However,it has been rarely applied to liberal arts.Based on the theory of stratified learning and situational teaching,the article analyzes"the studio talent training model in liberal arts of vocational colleges featuring stratified and multi-dimensional cultivation and school-enterprise collaboration",and finds that this model is useful in promoting the coordinated development of the construction of a professional curriculum system,training of dual-qualified teachers and college-enterprise cooperation.Particularly,it has innovated talent training in the field of humanities,enhanced the practical ability of talents,and significantly improved the quality of talent training;at the same time,it has also created practical experience in aspects like operational mechanisms and implementation plans which is worth promoting.
