摘　　要：针对传统远程语音和视频指引用户办税的弊端,提出一种面向办税辅助的远程AR专家指引系统。利用HTML DOM技术实时采集用户税务页面信息,让远程专家充分了解用户办税时的疑难问题。根据用户电子办税场景的特点,设计一种基于2D注释的远程指引方法。基于此系统,远程专家可以使用远程专家客户端软件同步查看用户当前网页的状态,通过2D的AR注释和语音交流对用户进行远程指引办税。开发实例结果表明,该系统可以有效同步用户税务网页,正确指引用户进行办税操作。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional remote voice and video guidance for tax handling,a remote AR expert guidance system for tax handling was proposed.The user’s tax page information was collected in real time using HTML DOM technology,which enabled remote experts to fully understand user’s difficulty in handling taxes.According to the characteristics of e-tax scenarios,a remote guidance method on the basis of 2D annotation was designed.Based on this system,the status of the user’s current web page was synchronously checked using the remote expert client software,and 2D AR annotation and voice communication were conducted to remotely guide users to handle taxes.The development example shows that the user’s tax webpage is effectively synchronized and the guidance for the user to handle taxes is correctly provided in the system.
