澳门“问路调查”--多语社区的沟通度研究

摘　　要：“问路调查”可以有效地发现城市语言环境中的“交际成功度”以及言语社区成员的“外部语言”和“内部语言”,但该方法在多语社区中的应用还不够广泛。通过在澳门开展“问路调查”:我们发现:粤语在澳门具有最高的接受度和积极使用程度,英语和普通话作为重要的公共交际用语,在澳门也具有较高的使用程度。澳门作为一个多语社区,社区内部沟通度获得了具体的描写和分析;“交际成功度”、“内部语言”和“外部语言”不仅是单语社区的指标,也可以有效地表示多语社区的内部沟通度。"Asking-the-way"survey can effectively reveal the "communication success degree"in urban language environment as well as the"insider language"and"outsider language"of language community members.However,this method isn't applied widely in multilingual societies.By the"asking-the-way"survey conducted in Macao,we observed that Cantonese enjoys the highest acceptance degree with active appiication.As important public communication languages,English and Mandarin are relative widely used as well.Macao,as a multilingual society,its inner communication is described and analyzed specifically.The"communication success degree","insider language"and"outsider language"are not only indexes for monolingual society,but also indicators for multilingual societies'inner communication.
