摘  要:乡村教师“留得住”政策的激励困境迟滞了乡村教师队伍建设的步伐。当前,对乡村教师“留得住”政策的激励困境表现为激励的力度不足、科学性欠佳、全面性不够、机制不完善。大幅度提高乡村教师的经济待遇、多渠道保障激励手段的有效性、构建激励机制有效运行的社会环境是超越政策激励困境的理性选择。The incentive dilemma of the“staying”policy for rural teachers has retarded the construction of rural teaching staff.At present,the incentive predicament of the“staying”policy for rural teachers is manifested as the inadequacy in providing incentives,the poorness in scientificity,the lack of comprehensiveness and the imperfection in mechanism.To transcend the dilemma of policy incentive,it is a rational choice to improve the economic treatment of rural teachers,to guarantee the effectiveness of incentive means through multiple channels,and to build a social environment in which incentive mechanisms work effectively.
