紫甘蓝色素及其在化妆品中的应用

摘　　要：为开发天然有机的色素原料,以紫甘蓝为原料,采用"水-微波提取法"高效且无添加地提取获得天然紫甘蓝色素后,研究其不同pH值环境下的色彩变化规律,以及清除自由基的作用,将其作为着色添加剂,制作成可食用、且具有保健作用的指甲油和口红等化妆品.这是对紫甘蓝色素制作化妆品的首次尝试,为紫甘蓝的多元化利用的开发如作为食品、药品、化妆品等有益添加剂,起到抛砖引玉的作用.For the raw material development of natural organic pigments,purple cabbage pigment was extracted from purple cabbage as raw material and additive free by the method of water-microwave extraction efficiently.With the research results of the color change rule of the extracted pigment under different acid-base conditions and scavenging free radical,the pigment was used as coloring additive of cosmetic products such as nail polish and lipstick,which is edible with health care effect.This is the first attempt to make cosmetics with purple cabbage pigment,and it starts the discussion of the diversified use exploitation of purple cabbage,such as the favorable additives of food,medicine,cosmetics,etc.in order to improve its economic benefits.
