摘　　要：南京大学商学院主办的第十届(2020年)企业跨国经营国际研讨会,主题为“全球投资、新技术与创新人力资源管理实践研究”,重点探讨了后疫情时代全球创新型人力资源管理的发展趋势。以全球投资和新技术为背景,对企业家和国内外学者关于组织变革和企业人力资源管理的主要观点进行综述,以期为跨国公司作出适当的投资决策,并利用新技术推动人力资源管理创新提供镜鉴。The 10th(2020)International Symposium on Transnational Management of Enterprises sponsored by the School of Business,with the theme of"Global Investment,New Technology and Innovative Human Resource Management Practice Research",discusses the development trend of innovative human resource management in the global economy under the influence of the post-epidemic era.From the background of global investment and new technologies,this paper mainly summarizes the main viewpoints of business experts and international and domestic scholars on organizational change and enterprise human resource management.From the human resource management innovation perspective,the paper also draws appropriate investment decisions for multinational corporations and suggests how new technology can adapt to population change.
