摘 要:核心素养是面向未来社会复杂变化提出的本土的育人目标概念,但其概念实质及区别于国际同类概念的中国内涵尚未得到充分挖掘,致使后续理论建构和教育实践无法按照概念提出的初衷推进。时代新人是核心素养依存的根基,并以人的实践生成论为切入点,揭示人的习性和符号特性融合而产生的文化习性,同核心素养概念所指的一致性。同时,核心素养契入人的生命活动中起根本作用的意义世界,确立以自由自觉实践创造属人世界的时代新人最高生活理想。最高理想与作为类存在物的人、社会角色、实践情境等主要因素的交互中,生成时代新人必须养成的愿、道与德三模块文化习性,即核心素养理论内核。The core competency is a concept of Chinese educational goal for the complex changes in the future society.However,its conceptual essence and Chinese connotation that different from international similar concepts have not been fully tapped,and practices cannot be promoted according to the original intention of the concept in the subsequent theoretical construction and educational practice.Xi Jinping's request to cultivate talents who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation in the new era provides ideas for clearly understanding the origin and theoretical core of the core competency on the height of philosophy.Taking this as a guide,it is determined that people in the new era are the basis of core competency,and the cultural mindset and behavior that generated by the fusion of human habitus and symbolic cha racteristics are consistent with the core competency based on the idea that people are generated by practice.In addition,the core competency is incorporated into the world of meaning that plays a fundamental role in human life activities,and esta blishes the highest life ideal of creating a world belongs to human by practicing freely and consciously.In the end,in the interaction between the highest ideal and its main factors of human as species being,social role and practical situation,the basic structure of the core competency including module of value and belief,module of creation and development,module of specification and self-discipline required by people in the new era are obtained.
