摘　　要：资产二级管理就是利用信息技术实现资产生命周期信息的有效共享,通过使用部门对资产实物及卡片的有效管理,最终实现账—卡—物统一的管理模式。文章以学院资产管理信息化平台建设为基础,分析了资产二级管理的问题及原因,提出了推进二级管理的对策和措施。The second level management of assets is to use information technology to realize the effective sharing of asset life cycle information.Through the effective management of cards by using departments,the unified management mode of account-card-material is finally realized.Based on the construction of college asset management information platform,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of asset secondary management,and puts forward some countermeasures and measures to promote secondary management.
