摘  要:以文化自信视域为视角和导向,梳理国内外学者对外语教师专业发展的研究现状。并在此基础上,探讨外语教师构建文化自信的意义和重要性,提供促进外语教师专业化发展的有效途径,切实解决教师在专业发展过程中碰到的困难和瓶颈。为外语教师专业发展拓宽思路,提供新的视角,从而实现真正促进外语教师专业化发展的目的和作用。From the perspective of cultural self-confidence,this paper reviews the research status of foreign language teachers’professional development at home and abroad.On this basis,this paper discusses the significance and importance of building cultural self-confidence of foreign language teachers and provides effective ways to promote the professional development of foreign language teachers and solve the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered in the process of teachers’professional development.We should broaden our thinking and provide a new perspective for the professional development of foreign language teachers so as to achieve the purpose and role of promoting the professional development of foreign language teachers.
