朗真牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的研究

摘　　要：目的观察朗真牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症效果。方法将40颗离体前磨牙制备成牙本质敏感症模型后随机分为4组,分别用朗真、奥敏清、75%氟化钠甘油糊剂均匀涂抹5 min,空白组不做处理。每组各随机抽取5个样本,按照处理方法不同分为即刻观察组和磨损组两个亚组,扫描电镜观察牙本质小管封闭情况;将60例151颗患牙随机分为A(朗真)、B(奥敏清)、C(75%氟化钠甘油糊剂)3组,每组20人,3组患者进行2周的脱敏治疗,记录治疗后即刻、治疗2周及治疗后1、3个月时患牙的敏感程度,对比分析朗真与其余两种脱敏剂的临床疗效。结果空白组牙本质小管完全开放,朗真脱敏剂封闭牙本质小管的效果良好,经过磨损实验后仍具有一定的封闭作用;A组患者在治疗后即刻、治疗2周及治疗后1、3个月时的总有效率与C组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组在任何时间节点的总有效率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论朗真牙齿脱敏剂可取得与奥敏清脱敏剂相似的脱敏效果,优于75%氟化钠甘油糊剂,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Langzhen tooth desensitizer in treating dentin hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 40 premolars were made into dentin hypersensitivity models and then randomly divided into 4 groups,which were smeared for 5 min,respectively.Five samples were randomly selected in each group to brush as wear group,and the rest was immediate group.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the sealing condition of the dentin tubules.A total of 151 teeth of 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups:A(Langzhen),B(Aominqing)and C(75%sodium fluoride glycerin paste).The clinical efficacy in these three groups was compared and analyzed after two weeks of treatment.Results The dentin tubules in control group were completely opened.Langzhen desensitizer had a good sealing effect on the dentin tubules and it still had a certain sealing effect after abrasion experiments.The total effective rate in group A immediately after treatment,14 days and 1,3 months after treatment was statistically significant compared with group C.The total effective rate in groups A and B was not statistically significant at any time.Conclusion Langzhen tooth desensitizer and Aominqing desensitizer have similar clinical effects,and the desensitization effect is better than 75%sodium fluoride glycerin paste,which is worthy of clinical application.
