摘　　要：文章提出基于OBE理念的"食品毒理学"课程思政教学内容设计方案,以社会主义核心价值观为基本要素,以学生为中心,以OBE为基本理念,从发掘"食品毒理学"课程中蕴含的思政元素、课程思政理念的培育、部分课程思政案例的实施、多样化的教学方法、多元科学的评价手段和课程思政教育的实施效果等方面,阐述了"食品毒理学"课程思政教育的实践与思考,以期提高"食品毒理学"课堂育人的效果,也为其他课程的思政教育提供参考。In this paper,a teaching design scheme of“curriculum ideological and political education”in the course of Food Toxicology is proposed based on the OBE concept.Taking the socialist core values as the basic elements,and based on the student-centered and OBE concepts,this paper expounds the practice and thinking of the“curriculum ideological and political education”in the course of Food Toxicology from the aspects of exploring the ideological and political elements contained in the course,the cultivation of ideological and political ideas,the implementation of some ideological and political education cases,the diversified teaching methods,the multiple scientific evaluation methods and the implementation effect of ideological and political education,in order to improve the educational effect of Food Toxicology course,and provide a reference for the“curriculum ideological and political education”of other courses.
