摘 要:文章从校企共建“双师型”教师培养培训基地和教师企业实践基地、开展“双导师”制,校企双方参与日常管理与教学工作、校企共建大赛指导团队,积极参与轨道交通信号类大赛等多个方面开展校企协同育人研究。通过校企协同育人,培养了本专业“双师型”教师队伍,本校“双师型”教师担任订单班校内师傅,与企业师傅一起培养学生,并与企业师傅参与指导轨道交通信号类大赛,达到了“以赛导学、以赛知岗”的目的,减少了企业培训员工的时间成本,提高了教师的动手能力,实现校、企、毕业生三赢的局面。The article builds a teacher training base and a teacher-enterprise practice base for teachers and trainers from schools and enterprises in the spirit of cultivating“double-qualified teacher”.This paper also advocate the implementation of“dual tutor”system Which require both schools and enterprises to participate in daily management and teaching work,to co-construct competition guide team,and to actively participate in rail transit research on collaborative education between schools and enterprises through various activities such as signal competitions.Through school-enterprise collaborative education,we have cultivated a team of“dual-professional”teachers in this major.The“dual-professional”teachers of our school serve as the in-school masters of the order class,and they train students together with corporate masters,and participate in the guidance of the rail transit signal competition.The purpose of“guiding learning by competition,knowing post by competition”reduces the time cost of training employees for enterprises,improves teachers’practical ability,and achieves a win-win situation for schools,enterprises and graduates.
