让开放教育帮助老年人享受现代科技成果

摘　　要：随着现代社会的快速发展,创新科技给生活带来了“数字红利”,却也形成了“数字鸿沟”,给老年人的正常生活,特别是日常出行,带来诸多障碍。怎样才能让老年人同其他人群一样,在享受现代科技成果的同时,老有所为,老有所乐?文章提出用开放办学的方式,实施线上线下同步的老年教育,更大范围地帮助老年人重新学习,让他们也同样享受现代科学技术创新的成果。With the rapid development of modern society,innovation and technology have brought“digital dividends”to life,but also formed a"digital gap",which has brought many obstacles to the normal life of the elderly,especially their daily travel.How to make the elderly enjoy the achievements of modern science and technology,and at the same time,be happy for the elderly?This paper puts forward some approaches to running schools in an open way,implementing online and offline synchronous education for the elderly,helping the elderly re-learn in a wider range,so that they can also enjoy the achievements of modern scientific and technological innovation.
