外语教师构建文化自信探析

摘　　要：教育是国之大计,当前形势下、大学外语教师的重要使命是培养具有家国情怀、高素养、全面发展、综合能力强的优秀大学生人才。因此,外语教师首先要以"立德树人"为己任,不断发展自身的文化和专业修养、建立文化自信。同时通过借助传播中国传统文化提高教育教学水平从而培养文化自信的新一代力量,更好地完成传承文化自信的职业使命。Education is the national plan.Under the current situation,the important mission of college foreign language teachers is to cultivate excellent college students with national feelings,high quality,comprehensive development and strong comprehensive ability.Therefore,first of all,foreign language teachers should take"moral education"as their duty,constantly develop their own culture and professional cultivation and establish cultural confidence.At the same time,through the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture,they should try to improve the level of education and teaching so as to cultivate a new generation of cultural confidence and better accomplish the professional mission of inheriting cultural confidence.
