摘  要:目的探讨年级因素对军医大学临床医学学员岗位认知度的影响,为教育教学改革提供依据和指导。方法以已经构建的能力素质评价指标体系为基础,调查某军医大学二年级到五年级共935名在校学员各项岗位素质的认知度。结果不同年级学员认为最重要的能力素质(二级指标)的看法差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=57.256,P<0.001),四年级对临床医疗服务能力相对更加看重(61.1%);对各项岗位素质(9项二级指标和39个三级指标)重要性的看法中,不同年级在校学员有43项素质的看法差异有统计学意义,四年级学员对35项岗位素质的认知度最高。结论军医大学临床医学专业在校学员总体岗位认知较好,存在显著的年级差异,要有针对性的加强岗位认知教育。Objective To discuss whether the grade factor has the influence on position ability and quality awareness of clinical medicine students in military medical universities and to provide basis and guide for education and teaching reform. Methods Based on the constructed ability and quality index system, 935 students were surveyed from Grade two to Grade five on campus with their awareness of the abilities and qualities.Results It showed statistical significance among the views of the most important position ability and quality(secondary indicators) among students in different grades(χ^(2)=57.256, P<0.001), and the percentage of those in Grade four who regarded clinical medical service ability as the most important was the highest(61.1%). Among the awareness of all the abilities and qualities(9 secondary and 39 third ones), it showed statistical significance in 43 indicators among different grades, and the awareness of students in Grade four was the highest in 35 abilities and qualities. Conclusion The awareness of abilities and qualities of clinical medicine students in military medical university are generally good, which vary a lot among different grades. We should correspondingly strengthen specialty education.
