摘 要:家族企业接班人选择面临着日趋职业化的趋势,但对其中间机制尚不明确。因此,从代际差异出发,基于认知视角,探究家族企业主如何进行接班人选择。双案例纵向研究发现:影响不同代际企业主接班人选择的关键因素有所不同,代际差异通过塑造不同代际个体间差异化的传承认知进而影响传承决策。因此,传承认知是代际差异与传承决策的中间机制,主要包括家族型认知、职业型认知和开放式认知3类。传承认知的跨代演化是促成家族企业职业化传承趋势的重要原因。本文构建了家族企业接班人选择的理论框架,揭示了家族企业传承决策制定的深层原因,深化了对家族企业传承认知和代际差异的认识,为后续研究提供了思路。The successor selection of family business is facing an increasingly professional trend,but little is known about the mechanism.Therefore,based on the generational differences,it explored how family business owners choose their successors from a cognitive perspective.The longitudinal study of two cases finds that:the key factors that affect the successor selection of different generations of business owners are different,and the intergeneration differences influence the succession decision by shaping the differentiated inherited cognition among different generations of individuals.Therefore,inherited cognition is the intermediate mechanism of generational difference and inheritance decision-making,mainly including familization cognition,professionalism cognition,and open cognition.The crossgenerational evolution of inherited cognition is an important reason for the trend of family business professionalism inheritance.It constructs a theoretical framework for the selection of successors for family businesses,reveals the underlying reasons for the decision-making of family business succession,deepens the understanding of the inherited cognition and intergenerational differences in family business,and provides ideas for the follow-up research.
