摘　　要：高等学校开展学风建设是提高专业人才培养质量、推动高等院校内涵式发展的历史必然,如何引导大学生练就过硬的专业本领,是高等教育管理工作者的重要职责与任务。高等院校人才培养过程的学风建设具有重要性和迫切性,目前高等学校大学生存在学习目的不明确,自我管理能力弱;专业兴趣不浓;厌学情绪增加;教学质量参差不齐,教学方法落后;读书无用论蔓延,过多受父母保护等问题,结合沈阳农业大学食品学院学风建设实践实际,加强学风建设,强化社会主义核心价值观引领和弘扬科学家精神;完善教学管理职能,发挥教师的引导作用;将专业教育融入大学生社团建设,拓展专业学习的思想政治教育;实施精准帮扶救助,全面开展大学生的学风建设;规范大学生学习行为,构建大学生自我管理体系等促进学风建设的实践措施,合力营造高等院校的优良学风。The construction of study style in colleges and universities is the historical necessity to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the connotative development of colleges and universities.It is an important responsibility for university administrators to guide college students to develop excellent professional skills.This paper analyzes the importance and urgency of the construction of study style in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities.It also points out that there are some problems in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities,such as unclear learning purpose,weak self-management ability,weak professional interest and weariness of learning,uneven teaching quality,backward teaching methods,and the spread of the theory of reading is useless.So combined with the construction of study style in Food Science College of Shenyang Agricultural University,this paper proposed following suggestions,strengthen the construction of study style,strengthen the core values of socialism,guide and promote the spirit of scientists,improve the function of teaching management,encourage teachers to play guidance role,integrate professional education into the construction of college students'associations,expand the ideological and political education in professional education,and realize accurate assistance,develop the construction of the style of study comprehensively,standardize the learning behavior of college students and construct the self-management system of college students and other practical measures to promote the construction of study style,and work together to create an excellent atmosphere of excellent study style.
