自治教育理念与大学生自治管理制度建设

摘　　要：随着高等教育的改革发展,大学生在高等院校中获得了一定的主体地位,高等院校的服务意识与人本理念不断增强,在“他治”与“自治”的互动改革下,大学生的“自治”管理基础得到了有效夯实。因此,高等院校构建大学生“自治”管理服务制度,需要实现从“管理者”本位到大学生本位、从“外部控制”到“自我革新”、从“外部借鉴”到“实践创新”、从“外部责任”到“主体责任”的转变,并从国家相关管理部门、高等院校、教师和大学生四个层面提供有力保障。With the reform and development of higher education,college students have gained certain domination in colleges and universities.The service consciousness and humanistic concept of colleges and universities have been continuously strengthened.Under the interactive reform of"heteronomy"and"autonomy",the foundation of college students'"autonomy"management has been effectively consolidated.Therefore,to construct the"autonomous"management service system for college students,colleges and universities should transit from"manager"centered to college student centered,from"external control"to"self-innovation",from"external reference"to"practical innovation"and from"external responsibility"to"subject responsibility".Significant guarantee should be provided from four aspects of national management departments,colleges and universities,teachers and college students.
