摘 要:本研究针对SPMSM控制提出一种改进型的模型参考自适应控制方法,在传统模型参考自适应方法上进行了前馈解耦滤波控制,并结合了SPMSM的id=0的矢量状态观测器控制方式,尤其适用于低速重载情况下运行。在传统模型参考自适应模型基础上,提出了一种带前馈滤波改进型的控制策略,在MATLAB/Simulink环境搭建了模型参考自适应的SPMSM系统无位置速度矢量状态观测器模型,仿真运行结果表明,采用改进型MRAS控制策略有良好的动静态性能,转速及位置估算效果良好,转矩脉动小,谐波含量低,且能有效解决SPMSM在低速启动下的重载启动及运行问题,尤其适合于低转速下的运行,能很好地满足家电企业对变频空调用SPMSM驱动控制技术的需求。An improved model reference adaptive control method is proposed for SPMSM control.Feedforward decoupling filter control is performed on the traditional model reference adaptive method,combined with SPMSM's id=0 vector state observer control method.It is especially suitable for low-speed and heavy-load operation.Based on the traditional model reference adaptive model,an improved control strategy with feedforward filtering is proposed.The model reference adaptive SPMSM system is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment.Position speed vector state observer model,simulation results show that the proposed improved MRAS control strategy has good dynamic and static performance,good speed and position estimation effect,small torque ripple,low harmonic content,and can effectively solve the problem of heavy-load start-up and operation at low-speed start-up of SPMSM.It is especially suitable for operations at low-speed,which can well meet the needs of household appliance companies for SPMSM drive control technology for inverter air conditioners.
