高职百万扩招背景下课程思政建设的思考

摘　　要：在高职百万扩招背景下,课程思政建设应根据人才培养方式和教学模式的变动做出相应调整。教师不仅要提升政治思想素养,更应提升专业素养,加强教学方法研究。课程思政内容应更贴近学生的工作和生产实际,根据学情变化做出差异化调整,加强对学生职业素养和职业情怀的培养,将显性灌输和隐性渗透结合起来,提高学生的学习参与度。Under the background of mass enrollment expansion,course-based ideological and political construction should be adjusted according to the change of talent training mode and teaching mode.Teachers should not only improve their political and ideological quality,but also enhance their professional quality and strengthen the research of teaching methods.It is necessary to make the content of course-based ideological and political education closer to students’work and production practice,make differential adjustment according to the change of learning situation,strengthen the cultivation of professional quality and professional feelings,combine explicit instillation with recessive infiltration,and improve students’participation.
