网络教学背景下大学英语教师专业素质发展途径研究

摘　　要：互联网及信息技术在教育领域的广泛运用,丰富了高校教学手段,也对教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求。网络教学丰富了大学英语教师专业素质的内容,信息技术运用能力逐渐成为当代大学英语教师的必备能力之一。该文将对大学英语教师在网络教学环境下应该具备的专业素质进行简要概述,发掘其不足之处,并指出相应的提升与发展途径,以促进大学英语教师综合素质及能力的提高。Internet and information technology are widely used in education,which enriches the teaching methods in universities.This proposed higher demands on the professionalism of teachers.Web-based teaching has varied the professionalism of college English teachers,and the ability to use information technology has gradually become one of the necessary abilities of contemporary college English teachers.This paper briefly summarizes the necessary professionalism of college English teachers under the present circumstances.The purpose is to find the imperfections,figure out the methods of improvement and development,and then promote the development of the comprehensive quality and ability of college English teachers.
