摘  要:大学教师评价是评价主体依据一定的评价标准、指标和程序对教师在科学研究、教育教学、社会服务、师德师风等方面的发展情况所作出的综合的价值判断,其价值旨归在于实现教师个体、学术和大学等三方的和谐共进。当前,我国大学教师评价存在评价重心偏移、评价主体单一、评价标准趋同、评价方法量化、评价取向功利等问题。大学教师评价应遵循多主体原则、差异性原则、发展性原则和全面性原则,从彰显大学教师评价的发展性意义、设计多维度的评价内容、构建多主体参与的评价体系、制定多样化的评价标准、选择质量为本的评价方式等五个方面不断优化提升。The evaluation of university teachers is a comprehensive value judgment made by the evaluation subject on the development of teachers in scientific research, education and teaching, social service, teacher ethics and other aspects according to certain evaluation standards, indicators and procedures.And its value purview is to achieve the harmonious development of individual teachers, academic and university.At present, there are some problems in the evaluation of university teachers in China, such as the deviation of the evaluation center of gravity, the single evaluation subject, the convergence of evaluation standards, the quantification of evaluation methods, and the utilitarian evaluation orientation.University teachers’ evaluation should follow the principle of multi-agent, difference principle, developmental principle and overall principle. It has been continuously optimized and improved from five aspects: highlighting the developmental significance of university teacher evaluation, designing multi-dimensional evaluation contents, constructing an evaluation system with multi-subject participation, formulating diversified evaluation standards, and selecting quality-oriented evaluation methods.
