摘  要:大学课程成为"金课"或是"水课",不仅取决于课程实施即"教"的过程,还与课程决策环节密切相关。目前在大学课程决策过程中,存在决策主体主要由行政权力决定、决策过程深受非理性因素的冲击、决策空间构建随意化、决策评价被忽视等问题。提高课程决策质量是建设大学"金课"的基础,为此,必须优化大学内部的权力配置,完善课程决策的制度体系,发挥决策评价的保障作用。Whether university courses become "golden course" or "watery course" not only depends on the course implementation, that is, the process of "teaching", but also it is closely related to the course decision-making. At present, in the course decision-making process, there are some problems, for example, the decision subject is mainly determined by administrative power, the decision process is deeply impacted by irrational factors, the construction of decision space is arbitrary, and the decision evaluation is ignored. Improving the quality of curriculum decision-making is the Foundationof first-class curriculum construction. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the power allocation, perfect the system of curriculum decision-making, and give play to the role of decision-making evaluation.
