工匠精神融入高职院校人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：工匠精神是一种对工作精益求精、追求极致的精神理念与工作品质。弘扬工匠精神能够加快建设制造强国、促进建设创新型国家、形成尊崇匠人的社会风尚。工匠精神融入高职院校人才培养,有助于提升人才培养质量,促进学生职业价值观塑造,增强学生就业竞争力。高职院校作为技术技能型人才培养的重要阵地,应将工匠精神融入课程建设、融入第二课堂、融入学生技能培养,不断提高人才培养质量,进而为服务地方经济社会发展做出更大贡献。Craftsman spirit is the attitude to strive for perfection in one’s work. Advocating craftsman spirit can improve the social status of craftsman, and speed up the process of building an innovative society. The integration of "craftsman spirit" into the training of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the quality of personnel training, promote the shaping of students’ professional values, and enhance their competitiveness in employment. Higher vocational colleges ought to integrate craftsman spirit into the curriculum construction, the second classroom and the cultivation of students’ skills.
