世界高水平一流职业院校建设的理念与实践——以深职院一流职业院校建设为例

摘　　要：阐述了深圳职业技术学院(简称深职院)在面临以人工智能技术为标志的新科技革命、产业转型升级与经济全球化进程加快、国家支持深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区等等状况下,提出了建设世界高水平一流职业院校的理念——率先建成中国特色世界一流职业院校,为世界职业教育发展贡献"中国方案"和"深职模式",为经济社会发展作出一流贡献,并探讨了学校目前还存在的差距,以及为此从宏观层面确立世界一流职业院校指标和从微观层面创新多种举措推进人才培养模式改革等主要思路的实践。Amid the scientific & technological revolution featuring AI technology, the industrial transformation and upgrading, the speeding-up economic globalization, and the national support to build Shenzhen into a demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Shenzhen Polytechnic aims to construct a world class higher vocational school with Chinese characteristics. It hopes to set an example for the world vocational education development. The challenges that the school now faces are also dealt with in the paper. Index for the world class vocational schools are set up from a macro scale and main ideas of reforming the talent cultivation mode are put forward from a micro scale.
