基层开放教育招生面临的困境与对策研究

摘　　要：根据基层电大开放教育办学过程中的招生实际,分析基层电大开放教育招生中存在的问题及制约因素,有针对性地提出开放大学背景下创新基层电大开放教育招生的对策与建议:加强生源调研,合理设置招生专业;联合办学,拓展生源;更新观念,全面招生;加强师资队伍建设;完善学习支持服务系统;塑造开放教育品牌;针对多样化需求采取不同的招生宣传策略。According to the enrollment practice of open education in grass-roots TV universities,this paper analyzes the existing problems and restrictive factors in the enrollment of open education in grass-roots TV universities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to innovate the enrollment of open education in grass-roots TV universities:strengthen the investigation of the source of students,rationally set enrollment majors;jointly run schools to expand the source of students;renew the concept and implement comprehensive enrollment;strengthen the construction of teachers;perfect learning support service system;build the brand of open education;adopt different recruitment publicity strategies according to the diversified needs.
