摘 要:清末民初,国家政体由专制转向共和,介于国家公权领域和私人领域的公共领域开始形成。这一时期,作为公共领域的主体,民间力量由"遮蔽"转向"公开",经个人而及组织,通过报刊舆论、投身实践、组建社团等公共途径,对学制变迁的影响呈现出由"涓滴"到"管涌"再到"洪流"的形态。民间力量参与近代学制变迁的形式及内涵的变化,彰显了中国近代教育变革进程中民间力量的渐起轨迹,亦折射出社会变革的复杂面相。During the period of late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,the state government changed from autocracy to republicanism,so that the public sphere between the public sphere and the private sphere began to form.During this period,as the main body of the public sphere,the non-governmental forces changed from "covering"to"opening",and from individuals to organizations.Through public channels such as press public opinion,practice,and community formation,the impact of the non-governmental forces on the change of educational system was from "trickle"to "piping"and then to "torrent".The changes in the form and connotation of non-governmental participation in the reform of modern educational system not only showed the rising track of non-governmental educational forces in national educational transformation,but also reflected the complex face of modern social change.
