摘　　要：落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,围绕“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”,立足应用化工技术专业实际,研究新时代背景下落实立德树人根本任务,探索“双高计划”背景下高职教育高质量发展专业建设之路。以应用化工技术专业为研究内核,建立包含课程思政、专业优势、学生发展、师资队伍、教学资源、社会服务6个一级指标的专业建设评价指标体系,从而推动应用化工技术专业高质量发展。To implement the National Vocational Education Reform Programme,this paper focuses on the fundamental issue of"who,how and for whom to train"and the actual situation of applied chemical technology specialty,studies the fundamental task of implementing moral education in the new era,explores the way of high-quality specialty construction in higher vocational education under the background of"double-high plan".Taking applied chemical technology specialty as the research core,the evaluation index system of specialty construction is established,which includes six indexes of curriculum ideology and politics,specialty advantage,student development,teaching staff,teaching resource and social service,so as to promote the high-quality development of applied chemical technology specialty.
