信息化教学在《葡萄酒工艺学》教学改革中的应用与实践初探

摘　　要：随着“互联网+教育”时代的正式到来,新兴信息技术在教育领域广泛应用,信息的生产方式与发布方式逐渐改变传统的信息流动方式,基于对网络学习思考与反思的基础上,改变传统意义的混合式教学概念,创造性的提出信息化教学新模式。本文以《葡萄酒工艺学》教学模式改革为实例,通过对教学信息化的介绍,深刻认识信息化教学模式,剖析不同类型信息化教学形式的优势与缺点,以期为教育教学改革创新和实践提供经验和启示。Along with the“Internet+education”Time’s coming,the new information technology has been widely used in education field.The production mode and release mode of information gradually changes the traditional information flow mode.Based on the study and self-examination of the Internet,we can change the traditional idea of Blending learning,so to creatively come up with a new mode called informational teaching.In this paper,the course of Wine Technology was taken as an example,through the introduction of teaching informationization,deeply understanded the teaching mode of informationization,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different types of informational teaching forms,in order to provide experience and enlightenment for the reform and practice of education and teaching.
