摘　　要：为更好地应对国际环境变化,以企业海外情报合作为背景,将合作惯例作为中介变量构建知识治理、合作惯例影响企业情报合作绩效的理论模型并提出研究假设,借助Amos24.0统计软件,运用结构方程模型对121家样本企业的调查数据进行实证研究。研究发现:知识治理有助于企业海外情报合作绩效提高,较高的知识治理对等性和集中度对合作绩效有正向影响,合作惯例在知识治理对等性和集中度与合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用。由此得到主要管理启示为:开展多方情报合作及时获取有效信息以应对潜在风险,是企业保持发展优势的理想选择;同时,企业应注意创建完善的知识治理机制、积极引导建立合作惯例,以持续推动知识创造和达成合作规范共识,促进情报合作绩效提高。In order to better cope with changes in the international environment,based on the background of enterprise overseas intelligence-cooperation,this paper takes cooperative routines as the intermediary variable,constructs a theoretical model of knowledge governance and cooperative routines affecting the,performance of enterprise intelligence cooperation,and puts forward research hypotheses.By means of Amos24.0 statistical software,the structural equation model is used to carry out empirical research,on the survey data of 121 sample enterprises.The results show that:knowledge governance contributes to the improvement of cooperation performance of enterprise overseas intelligence cooperation,higher knowledge governance equivalence and concentration have a positive impact on cooperation performance,and cooperative routines play a partial intermediary effect between knowledge governance equivalence,knowledge governance concentration and cooperation performance.The main management implications of the study are as follows:carrying out multi-party intelligence cooperation to obtain effective information in a timely manner to deal with potential risks is an ideal choice for enterprises to maintain their development advantages;at the same time,enterprises should pay attention to creating a sound knowledge governance mechanism,actively guide the establishment of cooperative routines,so as to continuously promote knowledge creation and reach cooperation norms and consensus,and promote the improvement of intelligence cooperation performance.
